Posture Gage Apparatus

The posture gage apparatus is also unique to our facilities. It is specifically designed to measure your overall standing posture by tracing your spine curves in a standing position. The data points are then entered in a computer program which analyzes the points and compares the results to the normal curves. Via the results from this program, the Pneu-chair system is set up according to the spine segments that require the most attention.

Furthermore, since an initial trace of your posture was performed, a follow-up tracing can be superimposed on the original to compare and measure change. The readout of this apparatus gives you a visual view of your posture which assists in having you realize what is required to change and also a copy is given to you for reference. The posture gage is utilized in conjunction with the Pneu-chair spine apparatus.
